Learn tools to relax your voice. These simple exercises will help you reduce tension that appears before, during, and after singing.
In the course, you will find sets of exercises focusing on relaxing the shoulders, neck, face, tongue, and larynx. All these parts of our body very often tense up and make it difficult for us to sing freely.
Broadly understood stress, rush, ambitions... all this "accumulates" in our body. We want to do everything "immediately" and flawlessly, which causes even greater tension.
That's why I offer you a series of exercises that will put you in a state of peace and relaxation. Relaxed shoulders, neck, face, tongue, and larynx are essential for you to learn to work with your voice even better.
A relaxed body, optimally mobilized, is an excellent foundation for improving vocal technique.
IMPORTANT:
For the purpose of working through the course, get a straw with a diameter of about 5mm.
