Here are a few tips for now:

  • Pain is a red card: Singing should be like a massage, not a visit to the dentist. If it scratches, burns, or tires – stop. You're doing it wrong.
  • Posture matters: If you hunch or stretch your neck upwards, you engage muscles that will only hinder your singing.
  • Don't copy, build: Trying to sound exactly like your idol is the easiest way to damage your voice. First, find your individual sound.
  • Consistency beats talent: The voice is muscle. It's better to practice 10 minutes every day than 3 hours once a week. Your body will then build a good habit.
  • The adventure begins: You're just taking your first steps, but for all of this to make sense, you need a foundation that will protect you from bad habits for years to come.
